Mike Maccarino Sr holds Q.E.I.S and C.E.T designations and represents the senior of the two founding generations behind RISE Inspection Co, a Veteran / Minority owned family business whose founders bring over 40 years of experience in the elevator trade.

At RISE, Mike Sr performs state-mandated periodic inspections, witnesses Category 1 and Category 5 safety testing, and leads maintenance program performance evaluations for building owners across Pennsylvania. RISE’s team are licensed inspectors and technicians in several states and federally licensed through GSA.
