Mike Maccarino Jr is a Q.E.I. (Qualified Elevator Inspector) and holds an M.B.A. He represents the younger of the two founding generations behind RISE Inspection Co, a Veteran / Minority owned family business with over 40 years of combined experience in the elevator trade.

At RISE, Mike Jr performs state-mandated elevator and escalator inspections and manages certificate compliance for clients across Pennsylvania — keeping equipment certificates accurate, current, and up to date on all required testing. RISE was voted Best Consultancy and Inspection Company in the US, receiving its Ellies Award in 2025 from Elevator World.
